3A is currently offered through a limited private pilot. This policy covers the website, pilot requests, campaign measurement, and pilot-related communication.
What we collect
- Pilot-request information: work email, role category, workflow selection, and consent.
- Campaign information: landing-page angle, referral parameters, campaign tags, and an anonymous visitor ID.
- Basic interaction events: page views, CTA clicks, form starts, form results, and opened FAQ items.
- Technical request data: information the hosting service needs to deliver and protect the page, such as IP address and browser request headers.
Do not submit confidential tickets, credentials, source code, health information, financial account information, or other sensitive content through this page.
How we use information
We use the information to assess pilot fit, identify possible design partners, respond to requests, evaluate campaign performance, prevent abuse, and improve 3A. We do not use this page to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Where information goes
The pilot form forwards qualified requests to a private Google Sheets lead tracker through Google Apps Script. The site stores non-PII funnel events in a first-party event log. Hosting and network providers may process technical request data to deliver the page.
Sale, sharing, and advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not add pilot requests to a third-party resale list.
Retention and security
We keep identifiable pilot requests only while pilot evaluation and reasonable follow-up remain active, then delete or de-identify them. We restrict the lead tracker to the campaign operator and use server-side webhook credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
US privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or appeal a denied request. California residents may also ask for the categories of information collected and the purposes described above. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no sale/share opt-out is required.
Send a privacy request to the person or account that provided this page and include “3A privacy request.” We may need to verify your work email before completing the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children
This business service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
